Our first collection EMBLA

 

This collection came to because my daughter had an idea that I thought was too good not to proceed with. The first jewellery was made already in spring 2008, since then there has been a process to find ways to get the materials to bind together and to find partners in the making process. My inspiration for these jewellery has mainly been my strong vision about the materials complementing each other, my wonderful children Embla and Truls and not forgetting the Sami culture, nature, cold, snow and ice, which I and my children had the honor to be part of the time we were living in Lannavaara. I hope you, like me, think the jewellery was worth waiting for.
